Camping

Camping is the preferred sleeping option at epic.LAN. Camping is available on site just outside of the main entrance. Washing facilities and showers are also available in the main building. No electrical hookup facilities are available for camping.

Note that campervans, caravans, gazebos and marquees are not permitted.

There is a small fee for camping at the summer event to cover costs of additional security. 

Free Indoor Sleeping

Limited space will be available indoors for sleeping, note that communal sleeping areas can get noisy, so we advise wearing earplugs in these areas. Just bring a camp bed, sleeping bag, pillow and crash after a day's gaming. Note that booking this service with your ticket does not guarantee indoor sleeping space, it is purely for guidance. 

Camp Bed Hire

For those of you travelling on public transport or lightly we have a limited number of camp beds available to hire during the event for £20, this can be added to your booking under add a service.

The Floor

We don't mind if you just want to grab some sleep in the main halls. Just make sure that you don't block any fire escape routes and that'll be fine. You may want to buy some earplugs from reception though to give you a peaceful night.
