So EPIC41 has officially sold out of BYOC tickets, and that does mean, we dont have any more BYOC tickets. That sounds obvious but people dont believe us!

Here's what happens next around cancellations and waiting lists. Please read it all very carefully to be in with a better chance of us helping you out if we can. 

If you can no longer attend

We are now in a position to process refunds for BYOC tickets only if we are able to sell your ticket on to another participant who is interested via the waiting list. To request a refund you should do so via our website Contact Us or Support pages using your EPIC.LAN website details. We will not process refunds via Discord support or any direct messages to individual staff members. The sooner you let us know the more likely it is we can sell your ticket on, if you only tell us a few days before the event, people probably wont still be on the waiting list. 

If you need a ticket for the event. 

Request to join the waiting list by opening a website support ticket on the Contact Us or Support pages (again, not Discord!). When opening the ticket please let us know if you are in one of the following categories as we prioritise each request differently:

• Part of an existing, part-paid team attending the event (please list the team and other players as part of your request)
• Looking for a full team set of tickets (note this is always going to be unlikely at this stage)
• Individual looking to attend for solo tournaments or casual games. 

If a ticket becomes available we will contact you by email to check you still want it and if so we will send you a manual link to pay for your ticket once you reply. We will give you a deadline to reply after which we will move on to the next person, if you miss 2 replies we will remove you from the waiting list. 

Note that when we make the ticket offer we will not necessarily be able to offer you specific seat choices as the event is already full, you will be in the same hall as other players at the event but not necessarily sat together. 

We strongly recommend that you buy/refund any tickets through us officially. There have been incidents in the past of people making private sales and not actually transferring tickets, or people trying to inflate tickets above retail value. If you find people selling tickets for more than they are listed at, they are breaching our ticket terms and conditions and may get them cancelled.
