Note that the camping arrangement is for space only - no electrical hookup or chemical waste toilet disposal facilities are available. Please see our FAQ for more details on camping.

Gazeebos, marquees, caravans and motorhomes are not permitted.

Only alcohol purchased from the event bar may be consumed in the camping area.

Indoor Sleeping

Limited indoor sleeping will be available for this event located in the Portland and Boat House halls. Due to the increasing costs in hiring these dedicated spaces there will be a small charge of £15 per person introduced from EPIC44.

Space in these rooms is available on a first-come-first-served basis and access may be restricted if we feel that the rooms are approaching a safe capacity.

You need to bring a single camp bed/air bed (unless sharing), sleeping bag and pillow. Tents are not permitted indoors. Eye masks and ear plugs are strongly recommended.
