Day Three at epic.SEVENTEEN

Day three at epic17 started with an early morning wake-up call from JoeShow as he invited Mac 'Maccy' Chapman along to 'Breakfast & Chill' with you guys in the Gallery. The banter was strong as they engaged in some competitive mounting in 'Mount Your Friends', followed by a journey to save all the love in the universe in 'Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime' - a 2 player game that fuses together a number of gaming genres and styles to offer players an exciting yet familiar experience.

Big games, Fun Tournaments and eSports dominated the LAN for most of the day with titles like Blur, Left for Dead 2, Warsaw and Fistful of Frags taking over our casual gaming hall and the Gallery being taken over by fun tournaments for both Rocket League and Supersmash Bro's. In our eSports hall the CS:GO, DOTA2 and Starcraft II tournaments continued to generate heat as teams realised finals are rapidly approaching. For those of you who couldn't be here to witness the action first hand you can still catch up by heading to our Twitch channel. We don't want to spoil it for you, so we'll just say that things got VERY loud following the uFrag vs. CEX match.

Saturday evening ended much like any other evening at epicLAN ends - with lots of you gathering in the dedicated Boardgame pretending to be 'simple' villagers, mystical beings and bloodthirsty creatures in one of the many games of Werewolves run by Gunmens and Astrolox. We know the idea of sitting in an enclosed space with your eyes closed around Gunmens might terrify some of you but it's a great way to get involved in the social side of epicLAN and meet new friends. If you missed out at epic17, keep an eye on the epicLAN forums as there is usually a game running there for new and seasoned players.

Roll on Sunday, the last day of epic17, where we will be seeing the finals of our big tournaments and all getting very sad that LAN will soon be over.
