Camping

Camping is the preferred sleeping option at epic.LAN. Free camping is available on site just outside of the main gaming hall in the centre-course area. Washing facilities and showers are also available. No electrical hookup facilities are available for camping.

Indoor Sleeping

2 rooms will be available near to the gaming hall for sleeping indoors away from the noise of the LAN. The first sleeping area is in the Railway Bar just the other side of the event car park and has its own toilet facilities. The second is the Paddock Rooms near to the Parade Ring, this room has been dedicated as 'non-snoring'.

We don't mind if you just want to grab some sleep in the main hall. Just make sure that you don't block any fire escape routes and that'll be fine. You may want to buy some earplugs from reception though to give you a peaceful night.
