epic.LAN is pleased to announce the team's return, after a two-year break, to organising professional LAN gaming tournaments. With 8 years of experience running LAN events, the team is in a prime position to launch their £1000 Team Fortress 2 UK LAN Tournament at epic.FIVE in February 2011 at Uttoxeter Racecourse, Staffordshire.

For the last few years, epic.LAN has been running as a casual LAN gaming event and within the existing community Team Fortress 2 is already extremely popular both at our events and also with our popular epic.Tuesdays gaming nights, so selecting it as our launch tournament seemed to be the natural choice!

For epic.FIVE, we're going to concentrate our efforts onto the TF2 tournament and then we'll review the event and look at introducing more games into our tournament series later on.

Please note, this tournament is exclusive, i.e. you may only participate in one main prize-winning tournament, either the Counter-Strike: Source or Team Fortress 2.
