As this is our first COD4 tournament, we have decided to put a low cap on the teams in order to establish a good quality tournament to then increase participation in 2012, this allows us to iron out any teething problems and make sure we do a good job for the community.

Therefore the minimum guaranteed prize fund for this tournament is £750 + tickets/discount to the next epic.LAN event (total value £1200). Should the full 8 teams enter, the prize fund will be increased to £1000 cash. All prizes are paid out immediately after the final!

We ask that winning teams remain to the end of event prize giving ceremony which will be some time between 12noon and 3pm on Sunday 23rd unless absolutely unavoidable.

Prize Distribution

The prize money for 4-7 teams entering will be split as:

• 1st Place - 70% (£525) + 5 full epic.LAN event tickets
• 2nd Place - 30% (£225) + 5 epic.LAN £20 off discount vouchers

The prize money for 8 teams entering will be split as:

• 1st Place - 70% (£700) + 5 full epic.LAN event tickets
• 2nd Place - 30% (£300) + 5 epic.LAN £20 off discount vouchers

Prize Payment

Teams Remaining Until Prize Giving

Prize money will be paid by BACS or PayPal to details provided by the Clan Leader by the end of the event. The Clan Leader is then responsible for the fair distribution amongst the team.

Teams Leaving Before Prize Giving

Prize money payment will be initiated by BACS or PayPal within 7 working days after the end of the event to details provided by the Clan Leader. The Clan Leader is then responsible for the fair distribution amongst the team.

Event Tickets

Event Ticket prizes will be paid by discount voucher, redeemable according to normal epic.LAN terms & conditions through the event booking system. Discount vouchers will be created and distributed to the Clan Leader within 28 days after the event.
