Rooms

Note that the only sleeping options for this event are to stay in the on-site hotel rooms or at another nearby hotel. Indoor sleeping rooms and camping are not available and you may not sleep in the gaming hall or in any other shared space in the venue. 

We have negotiated discounted bed and breakfast rates for the event.

• Single Occupancy - £50 per night (including breakfast)
• Double/Twin Occupancy - £55 per night (including breakfast)

To access the discounted rate, you must book through our accomodation partners at Accomodations UK (PDF, 157KB). Discounted rooms only guaranteed until 1 month before the event, after this time it is subject to hotel and accomodation partner discretion. 

You should not book your accomodation until you have secured your event ticket. Note that EPIC.LAN is not responsible for your accomodation bookings and you should satisfy yourselves with any cancellation terms prior to booking, particularly around the impact of any COVID restrictions.
