Those here at the event in the competitive gaming hall may have just heard the explosive end to the semi-final game between the tournament's top two seeds, Infused.Tt and TeamCRG. The series spanned all three maps, with the first going 16-7 in TeamCRG's favour and the next 16-8 to Infused.Tt. The third map looked to be going much the same way with CRG ahead 15-8 and looking to secure their final round to take the win and enter the upper bracket final.

From there on though, momentum slowly began to shift away from CRG. The silenced Infused.Tt side began to take round after round and they soon found their voices once again, with screams and shouts echoing through the hall with every round that they took. Upon taking the 15th round and tying up the map, the Infused side leapt to their feet, however their joy was to be short lived. Though they took the first two rounds of overtime, it was CRG who came out the victors with a final scoreline of  19-17.

The other game in the upper bracket semi-finals saw fish123 up against The Last Resort. Though the game was over in two maps, the individual map scores show how close the game truly was. The first map resulted in a 16-10 score and the second an even closer 16-14 score, both in favour of fish123. TLR will now have to compete in the lower bracket against the likes of the London Lynx and Infused, all of which want to reach the tournament final.
