For the first time in our history, we had over 12 months without any events, so 2022 is time to make up for that with three new events added to our calendar, moving a few experiments from 2021 in to the permanent lineup for EPIC.LAN this year. 

We're pleased to introduce a continuation of our dedicated Tabletop events with two more weekenders showcase all things tabletop as well as a completely new event,  EPIC.LUX, which probably needs a better name, but we're rolling with it for now. 

All three new events will take place at the Delta by Marriot Hotel in Warwick, which is perfectly situated in the Midlands, minutes away from the M40 and Warwick Parkway station. 

The events will take place on:

• Tabletop2 - Friday 22 - Sunday 24 April
• EPIC.LUX1 - Thursday 18 - Sunday 21 August
• Tabletop3 - Friday 11 - Sunday 13 November

Bookings will open shortly for Tabletop2 with the remaining events to follow later in the year. 

EPIC.LAN Tabletop Weekender

After a successful pilot in 2021, we welcome all flavours of tabletop gamers, whether that's board games, card games, RPG, miniatures and everything in between, but all in the style of an EPIC.LAN event. The events run throughout the whole weekend, with no cut-off times so you don't have to worry about getting deep in to a long game of BSG and being kicked out, and of course, the bar's open right through too for vital stamina refreshments. 

EPIC.LUX

We accidentally stumbled on this idea last year at our pilot hybrid event in July and decided that for those of us who are perhaps getting a little bit older these days and can't deal with sleeping on an airbed any more for LAN, we needed something a bit more...comfortable for the weekend, and the ability to walk back to a real bed, in the same building was just to tempting. Plus, being a little smaller, it means the staff will get chance to take part in some games too. 

Note that our LUX events will be casual gaming events only, around 100-150 people and there will not be any esports tournaments or even organised fun tournaments and set timetables, it's just 4 days of playing community games together, like an old-school LAN party used to be, just with a comfier bed at the end of the night! 

Of course for both events we've arranged for very very good rates at the hotel, these will be available to book via our accomodation partner closer to the time and will be:

• Single Occupancy - £50 per night (including breakfast)
• Double/Twin Occupancy - £55 per night (including breakfast)
