Following the successful return of in-person events in 2022, Intel and EPIC.LAN have renewed their partnership in 2023 for the third year with a continued focus on community gaming and grassroots esports.  

2022 was another extremely successful year for the partnership. While the events world started to return to normal after COVID, EPIC.LAN continued its efforts to support and grow the UK amateur scene with Intel’s support, building on the strong foundations from previous years of working together with highlights such as the Intel Community Championship, a prize for the best all-round gamer at each EPIC.LAN event.  

The renewed partnership will see Intel support a range of activities throughout the year including outside of EPIC.LAN’s main events, bringing the latest technology direct to EPIC.LAN’s community through content, giveaways, exclusive game access and hands-on demonstrations.  

Outside of the core LAN events, EPIC.LAN and Intel also worked together last year on other activities including specialised gaming technical support with marketing campaigns and case studies of EPIC.LAN’s investment in Intel-based server technology.
