Following the successful return of in-person events in 2022, Intel and EPIC.LAN have renewed their partnership in 2023 for the third year with a continued focus on community gaming and grassroots esports.
2022 was another extremely successful year for the partnership. While the events world started to return to normal after COVID, EPIC.LAN continued its efforts to support and grow the UK amateur scene with Intel’s support, building on the strong foundations from previous years of working together with highlights such as the Intel Community Championship, a prize for the best all-round gamer at each EPIC.LAN event.
After a successful year of online and offline gaming events in 2021, EPIC.LAN and Intel have renewed their partnership for 2022, continuing to focus on community gaming and grassroots esports.
During 2021, EPIC.LAN delivered a regular series of online events before starting a gradual and careful return to the LAN hall with its flagship event EPIC34 in October which saw a near-normal event at its regular home of Kettering Conference Centre in the UK.
We are extremely pleased to confirm that our friends at Intel will be returning to providing our Turn Up & Play (TUP) area for epic.TEN allowing a limited number teams from all over the world to take part in the event.
So if you want to attend, but can't get your PC to the event, then now you have no excuses.

The TUP area will be located in the Competitive Hall (Fair Isle), and as this is a Turn Up & Play arrangement rather than rental, all PCs must stay in that allocated area and the PCs may be required for a number of teams depending on scheduling arrangements.

The TUP area will be located in Hall 2, and as this is a Turn Up & Play arrangement rather than rental, all PCs must stay in that allocated area.
Thanks to kind support from Intel, we still have a few Turn Up & Play (TUP) spaces remaining for epic.EIGHT, so if you want to attend, but can't get your PC there, here's a great option for you!
TUP tickets are £80 each, so that's your £57 event ticket plus just £23 for use of a PC for the weekend!
The TUP machines will need to stay in the allocated area, so they cannot be moved to other seats.
To book, simply select the TUP ticket for epic.EIGHT, if you've already booked BYOC and you want to convert, then contact us and we'll arrange for you to pay the difference.
