After a successful return to in-person events throughout 2022, EPIC.LAN and Overclockers UK have renewed their partnership for 2023 for the fourth year, looking to continue supporting the UK community gaming and esports scene.

2022 was another challenging year for a lot of people, and the gaming industry was not immune to this. As the first year without COVID restrictions, EPIC.LAN was able to return in person for all 3 main events to its regular home of Kettering Conference Centre as well as the introducing a new dedicated tabletop gaming event and luxury gaming LAN, LUX.

Despite pandemics and a cost of living crisis emerging, EPIC.LAN still had one of its most successful years to date due to its focus on important community-first events.

In 2021, EPIC.LAN continued to put on a range of events for online, offline and somewhere in between as the safe and careful journey back to the LAN hall continued. October 2021 saw EPIC34 return to its offline roots in an event that was as close to normal as possible in the current times and Overclockers UK was right there at the heart of it supporting the event and community.

Following on from the successful partnership that has been running since 2020, EPIC.LAN is pleased to announce that Overclockers UK will be back again for 2022 as a headline partner along with luxury gaming chair brand, noblechairs, as official chair partner for the events.

2020 was an unusual year for events, however epic.LAN made the successful temporary transition to epic.WAN and continued to work closely with UK retailers Overclockers UK for the online alternatives throughout the year. After that success, the partnership has been extended for 2021, regardless of whether the events are online or offline.

Starting at epic29 this February, the UK LAN event organisers and enthusiast PC retailer will be joining forces for all three main epic.LAN events this year as a headline partner.

Overclockers UK will be offering a pre-order and delivery service from Friday 14 February, allowing participants to purchase upgrades, replacements, or forgotten items - delivered to their desk on Friday & Saturday. Pre-orders will arrive Thursday evening, so the guys will make their rounds that evening. Just pick the epic29 delivery option, and pop your seat number in the company line - they'll sort the rest.
