After one of our biggest LANs so far, we have even more planned for epic.THIRTEEN so we keep getting better! But to do that, we need some more help!
We're looking for some keen and enthusiastic volunteers to join the existing team in a number of areas to make the events even more awesome. It's very hard and tiring work but we all find it extremely rewarding, otherwise we wouldn't do it! In particular we're looking for people in the following areas:
If you're interested in helping out in any of the above roles, then please contact us straight away with details of your experience and what you can offer to the team. If you've got what it takes, we'll be back in touch with you to arrange a chat with some of the existing team members.
After such a great response by the League of Legends community at our last event, Tesoro have stepped up to sponsor our epic.THIRTEEN tournament, to ensure that the tournament starts off with a minimum guaranteed prize of £1000 rising to £4000 depending on the number of teams taking part as well as Tesoro products for the top placing teams.
Tesoro Technology consists of a team of gaming enthusiasts from the US and while still relatively young in the peripherals market, they'll be expanding their range of gaming keyboards, mice, surfaces and audio, inspired by the community.
Bookings are open for epic.THIRTEEN, with tickets just £60, so grab yourself a ticket now!
It seems that nearly all of the seats in our casual gaming room (Portland) have gone! So we've decided to open up Pendeen as a further 'loud' casual gaming room for epic.THIRTEEN, or the 'Portland Extension'. We'll be running the music and the lighting through to Pendeen as best as we can to try to keep the same sort of atmosphere as we have in Portland, giving another 36 casual gaming seats for you to play with!
So with 90 tickets already gone for epic.THIRTEEN and 4 weeks of launch discount still to go, it's looking like everything is awesome for our next event!
epic.TWELVE is over and one thing we always do after the event is give out achievements. While doing so we hit a nice milestone and have now given out over 5000 achivements to 1043 different participants of our epic.LAN and epic.LITE events.
Have you checked out your achievements yet? Log into the website and forums and have a look at the achievements tab on your forum profile. If you think you are missing any, use the contact form at the bottom and we will have a look for you!
While you are on your profile, why not fill out some of the information like Steam ID, gamer tags and other contact information so people can chat and play toegther!
Until the next milestone (over 9000), keep collecting!

Team Infused battle it out in a best of 3 in the lower bracket final for a chance to play FM Raiders in the Grand Final!
The game is fully in the hands of Team Infused from the start, with Sigris playing superbly on LeBlanc picking up 3 kills 6 minutes in, with another two kills coming from potent Xin Zhao ganks in the top and bottom lane. On the back of the incredible Team Infused tempo this game, Nutri goes a little too deep between the turrets to give up a kill for Moss.
With one victory each we head into the Final round in this best of 3 for the upper bracket Final between FM Raiders and MyXMG.
Although XMG’s geobob gets his hands on bobwick once again, it initially looks like FM Raiders have found a way to counter it with a rather uncommon toplane Karma as the early laning give the impression that Karma is going to bully bobwick out of lane completely, until some great communication sends yoloswag420 to the top lane to deal tonnes of damage on gragas while bobwick suppresses karma, giving geobob first blood.
