Seating Plan Lockdown

Seating PlanThe seating plan for epic.NINE will be locked down at 6pm Monday 16th July.

From this point you won't be able to move seats, but if you buy a new ticket you will be able to pick your initial seat.

This is to allow us to "defrag" the seating plan where needed to finalise the event layout ready to start our setting up.

Please make sure you've allocated any vouchers and picked your seat before you arrive at the event.

epic.NINE - Timetable

epic.NINE TimetableYou've read all about our fun and competitive tournaments so far, and just to make sure there's plenty to keep you busy throughout the epic.NINE LAN Party, here's our full timetable!

Obviously some things will always be subject to change, but it gives you an idea of some of the big games and activities we'll be running through the event.

Just because a game isn't listed, doesn't mean it won't be played either! These are just the big games we organise to get as many people as possible in each server, you can play whatever you want, whenever you want during the event, and if you want to get more players, you can either post on the forums, send a message to our big screen through the "Tweetwall" or ask a member of the epic.LAN team to put an announcement out for you.

Mere days, see you at epic.NINE!

epic.NINE - F1 2011 Fun Tournament

F12011Well after the last F1 2011 tournament with one of the highest numbers of signups of the whole event, it would be silly not to do it again!

So F1 2011 is back for epic.NINE as one of our fun tournaments. Let us know what tracks, rules you'd like us to run and we'll get everything ready for the LAN!

epic.NINE COD4Tt eSports and Thermaltake have today confirmed their sponsorship of the epic.NINE Call of Duty 4 tournament.

As regular supporters of epic.LAN, we are very pleased to be welcoming these companies back as tournament sponsors, and they will be boosting the COD4 tournament prize with some of their excellent gaming hardware. So in addition to the cash prizes already available, the teams can also get their hands on:

AVerMedia Fun Tournaments

AvermediaAs the epic.NINE fun tournaments are being announced, we've had some great news from AVerMedia who will be sending along 2 of their Live Gamer HD capture cards for two of our fun tournament winners, letting you record awesome quality footage of your frags.

About the Live Gamer HD:

With the Live Gamer HD, PC gamers now can preserve their splendid in-game footages directly on the gaming machine without draining the system resources. Even better, it comes with a dedicated record button, the Hot Button, to deliver fast respond speed and prevent you from missing any exciting moment.

Make sure you're at epic.NINE to be in with a chance of winning!

QuadV Returns for epic.NINE

QuadVWe're very pleased to confirm that QuadV will be returning to epic.NINE providing you with the best on-site coverage of our Call of Duty 4 tournament!

It's looking like the COD4 tournament could hit capacity with just a couple of weeks to go with teams joining us from all over the EU.

Dennis "Mennace" Fick will be heading up the commentary once more so all of you not at the event (why???) can keep up to date with the latest tournament developments.

Not long now, so make sure you grab your ticket if you want to be a part of it!

epic.NINE - UT2004

UT2004Next up in our epic.NINE fun tournament list, it's the ever-popular Unreal Tournament 2004.

One of our regular big games and fun tournaments for the last 8 years, but this game never gets old and the fun tournaments always generate some tense action as we approach the finals.

Tournament structure and the age-old debate on insta or normal weapons will follow on the forums!

epic.NINE - Kinect Boxing

Kinect BoxingIt's time to take out all of that built-up anger on your fellow gamers with our first fun tournament, Kinect Boxing, taking place in our epic.NINE console area.

After the fun with Kinect Bowling at epic.EIGHT we've decided to stick with the Kinect Sports title for the first of our fun tournament and let you throw a few virtual punches!

epic.NINE - Cancellation Deadline

In line with our cancellation policy, the deadline for epic.NINE cancellation requests has now passed. Unfortunately we are not able to process any more refunds unless the event sells out and we are able to sell on your ticket which we would then do on a first-come-first-served basis.

While this approach may seem a little harsh, it is simply because by this point we have started to pay all of the bills for the event and have to do so based on the final anticipated numbers.
