Before you pack down for epic.TWO don't forget to print your barcode for the LAN. This helps to speed up the check-in process as we can just scan your barcode sheet rather than working out the right spelling for your nickname!
To print your barcode go to My Account -> Event Bookings and you'll see the option there.
Also remember that if don't look clearly over 18 you will be asked to prove your age so that you can use the bar facilities at the LAN, so make sure you bring some sort of approved ID to the event.
Not long now, see you all on Thurs!
Time to get out those revision guides, because we can now confirm the quiz rounds for epic.TWO!
The team has been slaving away for the last few weeks and taking on board the feedback from the last quiz, we've made some changes and improvements!
Here are the rounds, in no particular order:
The quiz will be taking place on the Saturday night of epic.TWO. As last time there will be team size cap, at the moment it's still set as 5 players, but we may review that. Still planning on making sure there aren't any huge teams to give those attending in smaller groups a chance!
Had confirmation that prizes from Steelseries are on their way!
SteelSeries will be providing a set of their limited edition QcK+ surfaces for epic.TWO which we will be allocating to the L4D Tournament!
If you want to get your hands on even more Steelseries goodies, then take a look at their Month of Madness competition running on Facebook.
All you have to do is join their Fan Page on Facebook and you could be in with a daily chance of winning a prize!

Don't forget that Kustom will be at epic.TWO on the Friday and Saturday showing off the latest peripherals and accessories as well as a world of bad bad sugary things.
You can see the stock list for the Kustom Stand here and also if you want to order anything from their website, you can select the epic.TWO delivery option and they will bring it along free of charge!
Kustom have also kindly agreed to provide the prizes for our mini competitions for decorating your desk, making a video and capturing the LAN!
We're on a roll here! Our next mini competition for epic.TWO is called "Capture the LAN" and this one is for you budding photographers out there!
This one is quite simple, all you have to do is take a photograph and submit it to a folder on the FTP at the LAN. The photograph has to be something that captures the atmosphere of an epic.LAN and sums it up in one single image.
So this one wont be judged on who has the biggest camera, but more about who snaps that moment that just captures what epic.LAN is all about! Once again, we'll find a prize for the winner and show off some of the best entries in our gallery. Closing will be 12noon on the Sunday of epic.TWO.
Here's a chance for you to show off your creative skills at epic.TWO!
At some point on Friday at epic.TWO we will be making an announcement and releasing a number of media files for you to work with to create a short video about that announcement. There will then be 24 hours in which to make and submit a video (max 3mins) which will then be shown and judged during the quiz on Saturday night.
The winner of this competition will win one of the prizes from our event sponsors!
Watch out on the friday of epic.TWO for more details!
To brighten up things at epic.TWO we're pleased to announce the latest of our mini competitions and this time it's for the person who makes the most interesting decoration of their desk at epic.TWO. The winner will receive some goodies from one of our event sponsors.
